George Washingtons Sergeant Fair!
Recently, Mary Ludwig's husband has fallen in battle. She took his place at the cannon bravely loading and shooting. George Washington took this to mind right away and crowned her Sergeant of the Army. She also receives this honor due to her services (bringing pitchers of water to the soldiers) hence her present name "Molly Pitcher".
To some people this is no surprise for Molly grew up on a farm pulling one-hundred-eighty pound sacks up the stairs. So if you see George Washington's Sergeant Fair remember to salute.
